Well, my journey really came to a halt, a bunch of just crazy events set me back and I eventually slipped back into my old ways. Although, I had lost enough weight to get myself into a two piece swim suit for the big river trip we had planned. WOW is all my husband could say when he saw in that two piece. It's been at least 5 years since I dared to wear a swim suit without a baggy t-shirt cover me up!
Lets see what has happened since I fell off the wagon. Had a loss in the family which has me running all over town, and eating fast food all the time. Was in a bad car accident and could not work out at all. That sucked! And then I broke my arm. Once again tried to quit smoking, and I'm really not sure whats worse smoking or replacing the cigs with cookies and other very fattening foods.
Anyhow, I will hit 115 some day or at least come pretty close to it!
I have a new goal now! Christmas!!! I want to be a hot little Mrs. Clause this year! OK Maybe not but I do want to trim down before all the fatty foods start showing up at Holiday parties!
New Stats are going to kill me! I have not been on the scale in a very long time! So here goes!
Weight ---155.9 ouch last weigh in was May 7th and I was 151.2
Bust: Today 39 inches WOW April 19th it was 38.5 not much gain there
Waist (curves) today 31 in bummer it was 29 in on april 19th 2 inch gain
Belly button area: today 34 in OUCH I was down to 32.5 in in april
My big Butt: Today 38.75in on april 19th it was 39in
WOW I lost some butt and gained in my mid section OUCH!
Looks like I have lots of work to do.
Figuring my goal I am shooting for 1.5 pounds a week and there are 8 full weeks till Christmas!
12 pounds in 8 weeks I think I can do that!
My target weight will be 143.9
Target Belly.....31 inches!
Target Waist.....29 inches
Target Butt ....38 inches
Target Bust......Ahh I wish to keep it where it is LOL!

Good thing I have not really gained any weight! Being down for two weeks with an injured ankle really messed up everything.
My ankle no longer hurts! Yippie!!! It still swells a little at night but nothing bad so looks like I am good to go!
Tomorrow I will start back up with my work outs!
Looking forward to losing more inches in may!

Well a week ago I severely sprang my ankle, damaging a few tendons. So, I have not been able to work out. :(
Been stuck on the couch for a week. Being stuck on the couch sucks, I am overly bored and have found myself eating junk! Oh well! Once I get back on my feet I will get back to eating right and working out.
I have gained a pound or two but nothing major. Oh the flip side I have lost inches! So I'm still doing good!
Since April 19th I have lost a total of 4.75 body inches! So I'm still on track as I see it!
That's a total of 30 inches lost since day 11

Ate bad today but worked hard and drank a ton of water! 85 ounces baby!
Breakfast: Bananna
Snack: Spicy crackers!
Lunch: PB&J
dinner: 6 diablo's
snack: 3 oreos oops
can't wait to check measurements again in a week!
Also I have been thinking about a 1 week no carb diet...just to try to bust a few extra pounds who knows it may work!

today is weigh in day! 152.9...thats much better!
Looks to me like adding a little bit of water back into my diet and small amount to exercise or activity really boosts everything and causes me to loose a little weight!
Breakfast: Okios Greek yogurt
I think if I can get back to drinking 90+ ounces a day I will be back to loosing some major weight! Its also appears that eating breakfast helps too! Hummm things I already knew lol
Today is also measurement day Eeeek I have not measured in a while, It's been about 24 days since I last measured. So here goes
